2-Day Tracking and Fulfillment
To provide you with visibility into the on-time delivery rates, you’ll receive email updates from the carrier notifying you when your order has been packed, shipped and is due to arrive.
If an order is received before noon local time of the FC, then an order will be considered on time if there is an attempted delivery within 2 business days.

A: 2-Day-Shipping is not currently available on international shipments however International Express Shipping is available. This normally takes 4-10 days but can be significantly delayed due to customs and border security – delays on international shipping are beyond our control.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We stock product across a number of locations. Our 2 day Shipping normally ships out of our FDA certified climate controlled warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Our flower products mostly ship from Oregon and our bulk extracts ship direct from labs in Kentucky and Colorado.
Q: How much is it?
A: 2 Day shipping costs $20 including packing and handling fees.
Q: What if it’s not delivered in 2 days?
A: ShipBob aims to continuously monitor transit and on-time delivery rates to better improve our 2-Day Express program. ShipBob does not provide any guarantees or credits for delayed shipments at this time, but you can view the % delivered on time here.

A: No, carriers only pick up from our warehouse on Monday through Friday (business days) at this time.
