Note that we operate in a highly regulated industry, and we can only do business with qualified, verified, well funded professionals and companies who meet our standards as well as relevant international, federal, state and local regulations to operate in the industry.

We are a specialist firm in a fast growing industry. We receive dozens of enquiries each week. We only respond to those that meet the following essential criteria.
We only work with individuals and companies who:
- Have established funding already in place to purchase the requested products or services.
- Have undertaken their own due diligence into the legal nature of this industry and the proposed activities
- Acknowledge that the cannabis industry is a high risk, highly regulated and complex industry with rapidly evolving legal framework
- Have already sought appropriate legal, financial and consulting advice on operating in this industry and endeavour to operate legally at all times
- Are ready to commit funds and proceed with proposed activities upon submission of their application – if you’re still in pre-purchase planning we simply don’t have time to help you
We do not work with individuals or companies who:
- Lack necessary funding or are bootstrapping – if you lack the resources to operate at the level we require we can’t service you.
- Are just beginning, learning, or trying to “figure it out as they go along”. The level of regulation in this industry means that you are too risky for us to work with.
- Think this industry is easy, or that they can make a quick buck, or don’t keep up with current local, state and federal regulations.
- Operate in the grey market, or make unsubstantiated claims about their products (note most US CBD is currently legally grey and making illegal claims about their products).
- Are still “thinking about it”, “getting info on pricing”, “want to see what we can do first”. If you aren’t ready to invest and execute, contact us when you are serious.
We offer two main areas of service
Hemp and Cannabis Consulting Services
Rhizo Sciences consults on, designs and builds turnkey processing facilities for the hemp and cannabis industry in legal jurisdictions.
We work with large scale hemp projects in the United States and Medical Cannabis companies internationally.
Our typical project size is $10 Million USD and we specialise in turnkey GMP processing facilities – we aren’t a fit for for garage labs or bootstrapping startups.
We also offer consulting and support services on marketing, sales, distribution and supply chain integrity internationally.
We only work with well funded companies with an existing or pending license and facility.
Note we are currently heavily oversubscribed and have a waiting list – please only proceed if you are ready to place a deposit to secure your place in our pipeline.
All consulting/project work starts with a minimum $20,000 to $50,000 deposit to engage our team. If you aren’t ready to proceed, do not apply.

Verified Vendor and Buyer Program (Beta)
Rhizo Sciences works with large scale hemp farmers, processors and manufacturers to source product.
We work only with genuine, verified buyers and sellers (We do not work with brokers) and exercise KYC (Know Your Customer) and physical verification of facilities and product as well as financial verification to minimise the risks and wasted time normally associated with transactions.
We work at the large scale end of the industry. We can’t help you source product for a single dispensary or online ship, or buy product for individual patients. We typically work exclusively to sell the product of whole farms or processing labs.
