Beware scam emails from [email protected] and “Dr Richard King”

A number of our customers have reported that they have been approached by a “Dr Richard King” from “Rhizo Sciences” using [email protected] and claiming to represent RhizoSciences.com.

This individual has never been associated with Rhizo Sciences and we have contacted him to request he not represent himself as affiliated with our company. He has refused to cooperate and we cannot confirm if “Dr Richard King” is a real person or not.

If you receive email from rhizosciences.com please understand this is a scam company and is not affiliated with Rhizosciences.com or Rhizo Sciences.

Rhizo Sciences will never use a company gmail account. In the event you are contacted by a member of our team please check that they are emailing from an @rhizosciences.com address, and can receive mail at that address.

How the Scam Works

It appears from these descriptions that one or more individuals are using our brand to post product on Ali Baba and other platforms at bargain pricing and requesting that customers wire them money. Based on feedback from customers it seems this is a pure scam where no product is sent and the funds can not be retrieved.

So far it seems the product has been priced ridiculously cheap and the quality of information and images are dubious, however these might change in future.

We have attempted to contact this individual and it appears they have registered Rhizo Sciences as a business name in Canada. As a result we cannot stop them trading under this name.

Please be aware of potential scammers and counterfeit product or simply low quality product passed off as premium product when purchasing hemp, CBD or cannabis products.

To be sure, only purchase directly from RhizoSciences.com website or from an invoice sent from a @rhizosciences.com email address.
All sales are handled directly from the website and company email addresses.
