Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 days of payment clearing. In stock products ship inside the USA within 3 days however this has been slower during COVID.
Shipments depart our FDA certified warehouse on business days only. Products marked as on backorder will change to In stock once product arrives at the warehouse.
Larger or speciality orders may ship direct from a licensed hemp facility.

*Note that increased domestic and international shipping times have increased under COVID. In particular international Customs clearance times of up to 1 month or more can and does occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please be sure your order is compliant with local legislation and your PO Box terms.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your payment has cleared and your product picked and packed at the warehouse you will receive order tracking information. You can track your order and opt in to email or SMS notifications via the shipping carrier website provided in the email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Rhizo Sciences is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Rhizo Sciences is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Rhizo Sciences ships internationally, however only products which meet local compliance requirements can be shipped to any region. Non-controlled products such as hardware and documentation can ship globally without restriction.
Returns Policy
Unopened Damaged, faulty or otherwise unsuitable product may qualify for a return. To enquire about a return please contact us at [email protected]
Shipping Documentation
All Orders ship with legally required documentation including a notice to law enforcement, customs and postal officers to explain the contents are Farm Bill compliant industrial hemp with <0.3% THC.
