CBG (Cannabigeol) is the primary cannabinoid found in some varieties of hemp, and a common minor cannabinoid in CBD hemp varieties. CBG is produced by the hemp plant in its acid form, CBGA (Cannabigerolic Acid). CBGA is then processed with heat (decarboxylation) to produce CBG during the extraction process.
CBG Oil is the general term for hemp oil rich in CBG, as well as purified CBG products such as CBG Distillate, CBG Isolate and hemp products made from CBG oil products.
